  Oh.my.god. this place is disgusting. I can only assume they're understaffed as literally no one would come take my order and everything is filthy. Once someone came I gave her my coupon for a meal that included a coffee. She said they didn't have coffee, soft drinks, or bottled water, but offered me tea. I accepted the tea and she charges me for it so I'm a little ticked off now and ask them to remove it if it's not a sub. For this, the manager had to come over and she was horribly rude. She shoved my change at me and walked away without asking which sandwiches i wanted so i spent the next 7 minutes trying to get anyone to acknowledge me. The woman next to me was a lot less vocal and mentioned she had been waiting for 25 minutes!! They said they forgot about her. When i told the manager about my sandwiches she rolled her eyes at me.
  Now here's the best part-- as i was leaving, i drove past the drive through and there was a rat running along side the curb at the drive thru. Never again.
