  I bought a package which was supposed to have 5 parts in it and there were only 4, when I return to the store fast and if I could have a replacement of the missing piece, valued at about a $1.50 I was told no, there was nothing they could do, and I'm not sure if they think I was trying to commit retail fraud for a $1.50 or if they are just pawning off the $1.50 in shoplifting losses they had on to a customer but either way I'm really confused and dissatisfied with that type of treatment. And this was after waiting 15 minutes to be able to speak to somebody to see if the problem could be resolved, This shows that they feel my time is worth less than $6 an hour and that they don't mind their customer being robbed both of a product but also of their own time.
