    We took our new puppy for his first vet visit. The vet tech could not seem to understand that our puppy was a male even after we corrected him three or four times. He didn't even talk to our puppy to make him feel less scared. The vet was condescending towards us and treated us as if we were ignorant dog owners who were doing everything wrong. He was negative about our puppy's breeder (who he has never met), and when we asked questions he responded in a way that made us feel stupid. We left that clinic so frustrated, and immediately drove to a different clinic to ask our questions. Our new vet is amazing, and they have a friendly and loving staff who put us AND our puppy at ease immediately! We would NEVER recommend the Pet Wellness Center to anyone. :(
