  If I could give this Pizza Hut zero stars I would. I ordered pizza from them tonight, after swearing I never would again. I didn't for almost a year after it took an hour and a half to get my pizza AFTER I received the text that my order was out for delivery.
  
  I called the store that time, and was basically told it was NORMAL. I asked for the general manager's name and was refused. I asked for the franchise owner's name, and once again, I was refused. The shift manager repeatedly assured me that the GM would call me the next day. I never received the call and swore off this Pizza Hut.
  
  As I said, despite my better judgement, I gave them another chance tonight. It ONLY took 45 minutes from the time the text saying it was on its way came through.... So our pizza was barely warm when it arrived (the boneless wings were barely what could be considered hot) which is, of course, better than last time. Then I tried one of the pizzas, which incidentally had BBQ sauce chosen as the sauce. The pizza was cooked with no sauce, and I was given a tiny container with some BBQ sauce in it. If that's what I wanted, I would have requested NO sauce and put my own BBQ sauce on it.
  
  The quality of food and service from this Pizza Hut are sub-par, especially compared to the Pizza Hut I order from when I'm at work. I guess Domino's is the only choice I have out here in Pinehurst again.

  They made me to the window because it was late at night. Apparently that's policy. Other than that it was great.
