    Do NOT use this agent! Dora Boyd Bourelle did not pay the referral fee due to our company after closing. Dora agreed to the referral fee and signed our referral agreement and fully cooperated throughout the home purchase process but after closing did not pay the referral fee due to Archibald. She also has not returned multiple phone calls and emails after closing. It has been almost 2 months since closing happened and Dora has not responded or paid the referral fee or contacted us in any way. It is our understanding that she has also been unresponsive to her client, the home buyer. We plan to report her to the Texas Real Estate Board.
